Choreography Videos
Gershwin Suite
I choreographed this for Launch 2.0 at The Studios. The music is George Gershwin’s "That Certain Feeling", "Left Alone Again Blues", and "Who’s Baby Are You". I wanted this piece to have a distinctly musical theatre feel while using ballet technique. One of my original men had to drop out, but Nik (the second man to dance) volunteered to step in. Nik’s background is in musical theatre, but we worked together to use his strengths. The rest of my dancers came together from two states and worked fabulously with the one rehearsal we had together before dress rehearsal.
Day One
This is my piece for the Launch 1.0 Choreographer's Showcase produced by The Studios. Sarah and Richard were generous to rehearse this contemporary ballet duet in the hours we could squeeze in between other projects. The music is "The Soundmaker" by Rodrigo y Gabriela.
Snoopy
This is a piece I choreographed as my modern solo for my Julliard audition and a few other college programs. This was performed live after I made it through ballet class and my classical solo. The music is Mozart’s "Piano Concerto #20 in D Minor".

March
I choreographed this for a performance of Tchaikovsky’s "Seasons: March" with young pianists playing live. Each month had unique choreography and March was a solo. This video is of me rehearsing with barres positioned for spacing.
Violinist's Dance
This is a collaboration with Violinist Edward Carlson from 2009. I choreographed and performed the piece in the historic Century Ballroom in Seattle. The music is Bach’s "Sonata #2, Allegro".
concert:nova
My first professional choreographic experience was for concert:nova in 2011. A collaboration between Cincinnati Ballet dancers and the Cincinnati Symphony, the production showcases new collaborations annually.
